In January 2014, PlutoSemi invested in a wafer factory for combining the first-class resources to provide the best semiconductor material solutions and services to the customer around the world.We mainly proved silicon wafers and ingots( FZ and CZ), EPI wafer, SOI wafer, Crystal Quartz, Fused Silica, Borofloat33, Corning Glass, Sapphire, Silicon Carbide(SiC) and Gallium Arsenide(GaAs).With the investment in wafer factory and R&D, we are able to manufacture  cost-effective Ultrathin Wafer, Abnormal Wafer, Ultra Thick Oxide Wafer and Ultra High Resistivity Wafer.
